Corporate and Friendly Culture.
Director of Marketing (Current Employee) –  Miami, FLJuly 5, 2018
This company was purchased by QPS a few years ago and underwent expected adjustment pains. However, our staff remained steadfast and overcame the shock of a management change. The current top level management has made many improvements to assure stability and career growth opportunities.

Decent place to work marred slightly by high work volume and occasional poor management
Associate Scientist (Former Employee) –  Newark, DESeptember 2, 2017
The job is stable with place to move up. Work volume can be high, which is fine, but felt like you were being underpaid for what you did. Benefits were ok, but not spectacular. Some nice things like a wonderful Christmas party, but sometimes personally felt like overcompensation for cutting corners elsewhere. Be aware, QPS is a business at heart, and profit is the bottom line. If you're ok with that, you'll be fine.

Good Company
Associate Scientific Report Writing (Former Employee) –  Newark, DEJuly 19, 2017
Good company. Usually quick to address needs of employees. Employees and management take pride in putting out a good product. Nothing really bad to say.

Inept management
Associate Director, In vitro DMPK (Current Employee) –  Research Triangle Park, NCApril 14, 2017
The company doesn't believe in developing people. It's a mill for burning out people and replacing them. They have purchased other companies but have not executed integrating them into the overall global company. The pay is terrible and bonuses are virtually 0.

Very large company
Global CRO (Former Employee) –  Newark, DEMarch 29, 2017
Company tried very hard to make work life balance happen. But depending on what department you worked in, it was very hard. Some departments required a lot of overtime.

Secure place to work but poor management
Scientist (Current Employee) –  DelawareMarch 7, 2017
The staff iin the labs and clinics are great and hard working. They have to get their work done in spite of senior management. Many of the senior management have no idea of what is going on and they avoid spending money on critical equipment and systems. Customers are leaving in droves.

Best part of QPS are the people that work there
ASSISTANT, HUMAN RESOURCES (Former Employee) –  Newark, DEFebruary 8, 2017
Great company but need to value their employees. They are the best part of QPS, LLC. Management is inconsistent and growth is slow. High turnover.

Learned a lot
Senior Staff Scientist (Former Employee) –  Newark, DEOctober 1, 2015
This company allowed me to work my way to a very high position and I felt privilege to be able to work along side others with significantly higher education than me as equals.

Fun place to work
Associate Scientist (Former Employee) –  Newark, DEAugust 3, 2015
QPS is a nice place to work. The people are all very helpful and seek to help you improve as well. The training process has you very prepared in order to be able to go to work almost immediately after you have finished with little to no questions. The atmosphere is fun and jovial and most people get along quite well
