Management seemed a bit scattered maybe spread too thin to be able to have a working relationship with employees,It seems sometimes I had to go round and round over simple things that should have been handled differently.
Another thing I think that management should know most of the people's names if they've been there for a while I'm not hey, girl hey you,or hey, I have a name I am a person I am a human and I should be treated as such even if I'm not a quad i employee.
Respect, listen to, and value your employees.

Increase the pay scale. Groom employees for advancement with personal training and do not expect them to just learn on their own. Be faster and more efficient with reviews, raises and promotions.
