Satisfaction in knowing you were able to help someone.
It started as a relaxed but quick paced job, but soon became tensed and micromanaged because management was going through personal problems and took them all out on the staff. Job structure was still the same but responsibilities became more than 8 hours would allow. Client to staff ratio was not appropriate and made the workload for some unbearable. - more ... But the company as a whole was delightful. I had a chance to go to another PHA to help out and it was a gainful experience. - less
