Don't even waste your time. The employment turnover is very high and you'll just be disappointed like all those who have made a mistake working for this facility.

First of all, ask them if you can shadow an permanent employee on each floor at
least for one shift to get an overall idea of what you will be committing yourself to. Ask them why they have to use so much "temporary" agency staff? Ask them why they have such a high staff turnover? Ask them detailed questions about their new hire orientation policy. Ask them will I be floated to other floors where I have not been oriented? Ask them if I can contact previous employees for non-biased feed back, who were either terminated or resigned voluntarily? Ask them why you have to offer "bait" money to encourage potential new hires to sign on. I could go on, but I hope you get the point.
