Understaffed

Understaffed majority of the time, staff is frequently put in compromising positions often with no breaks. Management isn't isn't supportive. The nurses work 12 how shifts but the techs work 8 which was another issue for me.

Working for this company has made me physically ill. They are continuously understaffed and have no contingency plan for it. If there are groups to run and your colleague calls out, you get to run all the groups, even if that means working a 12 hour day, (even though you are salary and only get paid for 8 of those hours.) One would think you'd be able to leave early another day but that doesn't happen either. Salaried employees are treated like chattel. They work for a company that treats people for mental illness while completely disregarding its complicit contribution to the chronic stress of its employees. Chronic stress is the number one cause of mental illness. In other words, there is a fine line between the patients and anyone who has worked at this place for any length of time. And this is a direct result of extremely poor management.
Pros
The cafeteria is great, the health benefits and PTO are good for full time employees
Cons
Poor management, unreasonable hours, compensation doesn't match hours worked, unhealthy work environment

Horrible! They can careless for their employees
Clinical services (Former Employee) –  Phoenix, AZSeptember 6, 2019
Nonstop on your feet. Duties and deadlines are not reasonable. Short staffed still expected to complete all work assignments to meet deadlines. Salary employees work at least 8-10 hours of overtime a week! and do not get paid yet expect all work to be done. In the rare occasion you may have a week in the entire year with less patients and able to leave early.... yet they expect you to stay the entire 8 hour shift, and will make you clock in and out to micromanage what you’re doing as a SALARY employee. No time to eat lunch. Most employees eat and work at their desk and expect to have employees clock out for lunch as if they “took one” and never really did. This place is a horrible place to work!! There are much better opportunities out there!!! No flexibility. No care for employees unless you’re higher management. Management and leadership retaliates and once you’re on their targeted list they make your life impossible. You never see leadership unless it’s for punitive reasons. There’s no positivity or good leadership ethic.. There’s no team work culture because that’s not something they care about.. Everyone is highly stressed, overworked and miserable. No positivity and they don’t care about what employees have to say to make things better. They pretend by sending fake “survey’s” about how to keep employees. Then nothing changes. It must be to cover themselves somehow. They don't care to keep their highly loyal and hard working employees. Once this place gets sued, then maybe things will change. DON’T WORK THERE. Highly shady place to work.
Pros
Nothing
