Intern in Falls Church, VA

Productive and Fun workplace
Great work environment. Manager was always willing to help and give encouragement whenever either me or other coworkers needed it. Workplace was very relaxed, but everyone got their work done.
Senior Financial Analyst in San Diego, CA

Poor business decisions by execs led to staff and benefit cut backs. Company got bloated.Nice people but many long term employees who started right out of college and are over titled and not leaving anytime soon. Hard to climb up ladder if no one leaves. There are many departments where the lowest level employee is a Senior Manager or director. Lots of big titles with no direct reports. Little career development. Amazing lack of communication and shocking how even long term employees don't know what is going on. Can be stressful. There have been a few suicides.
Engineer in San Diego, CA

Stress work. Fast pace. Pay could be better given the amount of work. Benefits are excellent. Job security sucks. On site food is terrible and expensive.
Staff Engineer, AI Tools in Austin, TX
on June 4, 2021
My group is very stratified with a very top down management style that is not conducive to collaboration. But this a small group in a very large company so it is very possible my experience is unrepresentative. The pay is quite good. The company seems to have a very good social ethic.
Test Lab Technician in Boulder, CO
on June 3, 2021
I thought I would be involved with some of the upcoming 5G network projects. Instead , I was working on more mundane , obsoleted technologies in server infrastructure. Except maybe for HiSpeed data buss communications tasks ,. That stuff was interesting. This was a great place to work for, but they had a little trouble acknowledging when existing project hardware demands outran available resources, This happened alot. Hard to understand IT interactions & communications infrastructure, Poor documentation. It seemed their effort to maintain secrecy of certain projects or efforts, brought hardships for other groups on campus. It was a great place to work otherwise..
