QC has it’s high and and it’s lows, sometimes there’s a lot of work sometimes there isn’t, there’s to many drivers and not enough freight, you will have a pay issue, and there’s always a reason why there is and not even corporate can fix it, you have to ask for work when they know your home off, and after COVID things still aren’t rolling, management does understand family emergencies and if your ...

What is the best part of working at the company?I have been with QC for 2 years. Things have not always been easy, but I've always appreciate the fact that when I have concerns about my pay, my assignments, etc., I can always go to my terminal manager or even the regional manager and get my concerns addressed. If you are not part of the good ole boy system you might as well pack it up the driver managers aside from one whom they swamp with work will sand bag you meaning you won't get any decent runs and you will work harder for less
