What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Quality Food Centers (QFC)?
Be mature, smile and act like you really, really care about customer service.
During holidays people go crazy and NEED their food. Lines get long and people get impatient. But all is okay if you remember to just take your time and that people came to your store to get food and they’ll just have to wait to leave.
Qfc will take anyone wich was very nice, they would take any race adn anyone with a disablitly it was very welcoming
What advice would you give the CEO of Quality Food Centers (QFC) about how to improve it?
Make your employees happy by giving them livable wages. Stop sending thousands on useless programs to "feed" the broken human spirit.
