We offer 80 hours of paid time off within the first year of employment, that can be used for sick time. Additionally, we work with employees to ensure they are prioritizing their well-being before returning to work. FMLA and OFLA are also options for qualifying employees needing an extended leave.

Employees must work at the company for a minimum of 6 months to qualify for OFLA, and 1 year (1,250 hours) for FMLA. However, we work with each of our employees to find the best solution for them, if they do not qualify for either leave options.

We can accommodate many different interview options, including: phone, virtual, and in-person. However, prior to being hired, you will need to complete an in-person interview.
