Management does not do what is best for the company, only what benefits them
This company has poor management that makes decisions on the spot without thinking anything through. They fire people for reasons that would not hold up in court. The managers play childish games and do not communicate with the other workers. They have an extremely high turnover rate. As an employee you are thrown into multiple different jobs that you were not hired for, hardly trained on anything. When you have that many responsibilities, there is not enough time in a 40 hour work week to complete all of the tasks and you are not allowed to work any overtime. The company sets up employees to fail.
Gives people with no experience a chance to gain experience
Company simply does not care about their employees.
