Yes, the training period is paid. Be careful with training though, I disagree with the person who said that both training tests are easy. The first one was relatively easy, the second test was not that easy. What you should be aware of is that you are being tested from the moment you step in to the first training class. From the original group that started the training class with me, we lost 2 people because they determined they were not fit for the job, and one person just decided not to continue. I would suggest really keeping your part time job until you pass the training, because you might not pass.

VALUE YOUR EMPLOYEES and realize that in a course of a couple months ONE MISTAKE can and will happen. If you ever hope to achieve 5X growth you might want to rethink your "hire and fire" strategy. Columbus is a big place, but eventually this bad practices will come to light more and more.

$15 an hour for customer service representative. They offer 2 health insurance plans, one costs like $20ish a month (high deductible)for one person, the other is like (more of a copay plan) and $65ish per person.
