Not the best to work for...
The companies organization has changed multiple times since I arrived. Many people (mainly higher up production staff) have left over the past 1-2 years with no real replacements being named. The reasons that people are leaving are poor senior management and low pay. We get paid on the low end for our industry and people know it.
