Not transparent, clicking, no trust, moral down, stressful. They want you to squeeze juice from hay. They over work you and tell you more employees are coming. They pull you into a region to work for a certain amount of time then it never ends. They sell you hoops dreams...you need to get everything in writing they will deny they every agreed or told you something.

Office environment was horrible, the job itself was rewarding and satisfying. Poor office management, no built on honesty and integrity. would not work for the office but would work in the field where your skills are most appreciated.

In my department they won't fix anything until there is a crisis. A Stat specimen on a child needed results right away, Dr's were waiting, the software crashed-this had been a problem for months and bosses wouldn't do anything , they knew about the problem, there was big delay on test results. Peon techs. in lab raised a fuss above bosses head something was finally done a week later

Horrible company. They send u to locations two hours away sometimes. They are only concerned about how many patients you see in a day and how many co pays u get from the patients. You have to do all the paperwork, blood draw, processing and half the time you don't get a break. It's nothing but a human factory.

Stressful. Stressful. Stressful. Thisbis why they have an Employee assistance program so those people can "cover up" the real problem. Before the company grew too fast while underprepared it was a hopeful place to have a career. Now, as of 2017, its just a job. The Entire upper management in the Lenexa KS office and Lees Summit MO office only do the bare minimum. Which means EVERYONE underneath them has to pick up all the pieces and everyone SUFFERS. This company no longer has a core value system that they stand by. This is a "has been" company and will continue to decrease is quality. Seek jobs elsewhere.

The company grew too much, too soon. Somebody dropped the ball somewhere and the ENTIRE company is suffering. They need to do an undercover boss episode otherwise....another company will surely Walmart (better company) the Kmart (Quest Diagnoatics/ExamOne)!
