Overtime is an issued but if thats the schedule and we cant turn anyone away then how is it our fault we HAVE to stay and take the patient in front of us. Weekends are not overtime. Which is insane if you already work 5 days a week at chump change pay. They need to hire weekend peopleONLY . Or make weekends overtime. Period
