8 hours a day, very rare when overtime is offered (only when accounts are behind) so when it is we take it. Overtime is never required always optional, but they hold you to it if you sign up for it.

Submitted my application and resume online. Got a call a few days later, came in for 2 interviews (1 with HR where they speak with you and complete some computer tests and 1 with account managers (4-5 people) in one room where they ask you questions. After that about a week later was hired.

Posting assistant answer is not accurate...posting does not handle billing out or following up on claims, they only post payments, denials or weird letters from insurance companies. The pace depends on the work your doing. If your billing it goes fast, if your doing follow up it can be slow depending on how much work is needed for the transport.
