I started working here months before the pandemic. Covid presented challenges to everyone and every business. QSC took the health of its employees and customers seriously during the pandemic, and made changes as we as a nation emerged out of that. Departments that have been isolated are now cross-collaborating, yielding a more dynamic work environment. QSC’s customer base is impressive across the DMV, and has grown significantly in the three short years I’ve been here. If you’re a tech in need of training, and willing to learn, the PM-to-service pipeline here prepares you for just that, and the learning never stops. Techs are always working together, attending classes and sharpening their skills. The collective knowledge of our team is astounding. For office staff, this job poses its own challenges. If you are unfamiliar with this industry, dispatch won’t eat you alive. Instead you’ll find a group that has evolved and grown with each business cycle willing to train and assist you. The billing department has its own demands and needs and is led with a firm but graceful hand. The parts department is growing to keep up with the demand for more bits and pieces as our tech team and customer base continues to grow. Our recruiting and HR are here to bring you in and feel welcomed. If you want a challenge, and desire to work at a place where it doesn’t feel like you’re wasting your life away, Quick Servant Company is looking for you.

Upper management doesn't seem to address concerning work environment and problematic people. Turn rate for both office and especially tech personnel is pretty frequent. They do not seem to really value people who have been working for the company for years. Some of the best employees have either left/quit or been fired. Workplace culture varies by department. Some departments are worse than others. You'll learn some skills and information, however, you're probably better off working for anyone else. If you do decide to work here, it's probably best to keep to yourself and just do your job. Place also seems to have a knack of keeping people who don't know what they're doing than honoring and trying to keep good employees. No room to move up/get promoted. All in all, avoid.

I dont want to say much. If you want to increase your skills get training on new technology, not put miles in your personal vehicle. This is the place to be. Dont get misunderstand you will work hard. But you will be paid well and get everything you need.
