At QuickChek, we have a 2 interview process. First, a member of our Leadership team will reach out to you and conduct a brief phone interview. From there, you may be invited for an in person interview. If your first in person interview goes well, you will be invited back for a second interview an possibly be made a job offer at that point.

If you are applying for leadership position, you may go through 3-4 interviews depending on the role you are applying for, the team you're meeting with, and other key factors.

The time length of our hiring process mostly depends on the new hire. After completing an application, a Leader will reach out to you for a phone interview. After that you will go through 2 in person interviews with 2 different members of our leadership team.

Once the interview process is complete and you are offered and accept a position, you will be submitted for drug and background screening. Drug test results are usually received within 2 business days of the test being completed. At that point, your Leader will reach out to you to complete your onboarding paperwork (most of which can be done from the comfort of your home or on the go). At that point you will be scheduled for our orientation class which is considered your official first day of work. Orientation classes are conducted about 3 times weekly at various locations.
