We worked hard for 5 yrs. growing a new product and when project ended Quintiles left us hanging. Absolutely no severance package!! Did not help us move into other jobs with company. Didn't return calls nor emails. If project ends-they don't rehire you they simply forget you ever worked hard for them. Only a few people are moved into other jobs in company. They hire cheap recent grads or B2B sales reps to fill positions after layoffs. Horrible!!!!
No heart. Cold company. Lays off those who've been there for years and replaces them with cheap support with no experience. That's after the senior crew trains them.
I felt dehumanized and grew tired of it.

Underhanded tactics and they twist the facts. Employees are an island and NOT supported by the company. no one will have your back, not even your manager, because they don't want to lose their job with you. They pretend to have your back to gather enough facts they can twist. If they cant afford staff they should just lay people off or not hire new people.
