During my tenure there, Quorum Business Solutions experienced great growth. Quorum calls itself a product-centered consulting company. Indeed, founded, by former PWC and Accenture consultants, Quorum was refashioned to be just like a Big 8 consulting company. New consultants had great opporutunity for growth. Experinced personnel that Quorum needed however, do not have opportunity for growth as the (upstream, midstream, pipeline) practices manage the sales and delivery pipelines.
Sales and salesmen, while necessary, are NOT valued there as the practices close all the deals and they remind you of that.
Sr. management are mostly friends or former customers of mgmt.
great place for young big 4 consultant types to get o&g industry experience
experienced o&g personnel will not be valued by practice leaders
