Great company to work for
Senior Sales Manager (Current Employee) –  Fayetteville, ARJanuary 8, 2019
Quotient is a great company to work for. They are at the forefront of digital promotions. I learned how digital plays a vital role in growing retailers business.

Not ready for advanced tech and analytics folks
Data Scientist (Former Employee) –  Mountain View, CAOctober 30, 2018
I was working in the analytics team, and the upper management has no idea of project ownership, planning, and the impacts to business.
People are not effectively tracked by the real work they have done, but how much noises they have created.
Believe it or not, although it has "tech" in its name, however, speaking from analytics perspective, it is far from any advance analytics would have been done with the richness of their data.
Pros
Free Lunch
Cons
No clear career growth

Great potential but terrible management.
Individual contributor (Former Employee) –  Mountain View, CAOctober 18, 2018
Part of a group that advises the company on many matters, the manager is narcissistic, sadistic, loves to put her subordinates down. Constantly ridicules the ceo, founder, her own boss, has fired people on maternity leave and yet, manages to somehow get a promotion despite having multiple complaints against her.
Pros
Great location
Cons
Terrible management, low pay to millenials

Not innovative anymore
Software Engineer (Current Employee) –  Mountain View, CAJune 30, 2018
Good benefits but lack of innovation and job security. Have smart and hardworking engineers who are easy to get along. Free lunch and snacks/fruits everyday.
Pros
Free food, insurance, compensation

Not expanding

Wonderful people to work with
Executive Assistant (Former Employee) –  Mountain View, CAMarch 7, 2018
It was a great place to work because of the people, and would have continued to be a wonderful place to work if my manager hadn't changed and made numerous unreasonable expectations. She was a terrible people manager.

The people are great. Smart & hard working. There is a lot of work that comes in and needs to be turnaround in a few days. And then when the holidays hit .... that's when you get really busy!
Pros
Free lunch

old school culture
Business (Former Employee) –  Mountain View, CAJune 20, 2017
The company has an old school culture in which employees (even other executives) who challenge the top leaders are pushed out. It is a great place to be if you are a take orders and sit back kind of employee but it's a really frustrating place to be if you actually want to have impact.
Pros
Free lunches, flexible work schedule
Cons
Favoritism

Great team to work with but in need of management overhaul
Sales Director (Current Employee) –  Mountain View, CAApril 3, 2017
The Quotient team is a great group to work with and the products and services are interesting and relevant in the marketplace. The only frustration is with the management team who functions more in the mindset of 'what have you done for me lately' versus supporting the greater team.

Becoming a publicly traded company has hurt the company culture.
Technical Engineer (Former Employee) –  Kenwood, OHNovember 6, 2016
Quotient won the Top Ten places in the San Francisco area to work. They promote a culture of open ideas and reward their employees handsomely for participation.

However, since Quotient became a publicly traded company, they appear to be more concerned with quarterly wins and losses than examining the reason for the shifts. I do not think they value older members of the organization and believe that people who have reached the age of 55+ are at grave risk of losing their job. Managers are out of touch with the responsibilities they face.
Pros
Free lunch at the Mt. View location only. Cincinnati, one of the harder working offices, have to fend for themselves when it comes to perks.
Cons
They don't value the resources they have. They hire offshore and displace US workers.

It's ok
Sales Manager (Current Employee) –  Mountain View, CASeptember 14, 2016
Some coworkers are great, but it seems like a lot of people are leaving the company recently. The future of the company is a little unclear and strategy seems to shift rapidly. Coupons.com is the industry leader, but it is not a particularly innovative or exciting industry.
Pros
Free lunches
