Weekly team meetings among associates, monthly one-on-ones between an associate and their manager. These meetings would delegate goals such as straightening storage spaces, creating clear labels of spaces and products, thoroughly wiping down/cleaning up storage space and products, and communicating completion of tasks and changes to the department. There would be follow up about completing these tasks: how/when were these tasks completed: number of hours, what challenges were faced and overcome, what can be done differently in the future, and what works well. There would be recognition of consistent and strong work ethic, leadership, and team work.
Through this form of supervision, the team would work towards peak productivity, efficiency, and continued education such as how to create an inventory and photo catalogue, creating spreadsheets, and presenting work.
