Miserable.

Sad and discouraged. I feel that I try so hard just to not make the time requirements they constantly need which seems almost unrealistic, although my quality is outstanding. I don't feel secure at my job. I feel that I dont get paid enough for as much as we do and as many back to back calls as we take on a constant basis. Not to mention our system is really outdated for our benefits. No personal access to benefit time or time off requests other than on our work computers. Let's say you request the next day off, you literally have to go back to work and check if it's approved that next morning and hope that you'll get to leave. I feel on such a short leash at QVC.

Dread whenever you walk through the doors.. and when you finally connect to the phones you’ll never know what kind of stuff you’ll be dealing with especially with entitled old women who blame you for everything

I often dreaded going to work once I crossed over from Order Entry to Customer Service. Even Email and Live Chat were better than CS. Once you're CS, you were alone (and the only one to blame).
