There's good and bad

The truth of the matter is that the President and Vice President are two of the finest people I've ever met, no less had the pleasure to work with. A downside is that there is a TON of nepotism and those guys aren't so great. They will often ask for arbitrary or ridiculous things that they could have simply googled and if you're not at their beck and - more ... call, they CC ownership and ask why nobody helps them. It's bad for morale. They can also sometimes be aggressive and rude and there is no discipline because they are family. I've never seen it get out of hand, but again, there is a different stan ... - less
ProsHealth care, dental, dress code, understanding when emergencies happen, somewhat of a family vibe
ConsNepotism, some managers aren't pulling their weight (like most places), occasionally berated or yelled at with no recourse, which is honestly degrading
