Managing Director (Current Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAApril 18, 2018
Great place full of really smart people! Need to make some fixes to the culture, but they will with time. Treasured my time here. Want them to win and grow.

R/GA is graduate school for digital advertising
Managing Director (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJanuary 18, 2018
A place where smart people go to work with other smart people. Great place to learn, and how to learn how to be an adult and learn the differences between personal and professional.
Pros
Smart people, food, culture, cool clients
Cons
office layout weird, hectic hours, lots of turnover

Productive and fun workplace
Office Assistant (Former Employee) –  New York, NYJanuary 17, 2018
NY office is a great place to work - very hip and modern. People were great to work with and always dressed so fashionably. Good place to start your career in advertising, but takes a lot of patience to find your next step there. However, there are a lot of good, experienced mentors you should take advantage of. Great benefits and PTO!

Very smart people, but lacks good company culture
Associate Director of Connections Planning (Former Employee) –  New York, NYNovember 23, 2017
Very smart people, but lacks good company culture. They work everyone to the bone. The company is way too big, so you don't really feel like you're part of a unified mission or a cohesive organization. I think that's important at an ad agency.
Pros
Looks good on your resume
Cons
Hours, senior leadership

Creative but demanding workplace
Senior Producer (Current Employee) –  New York, NYMarch 23, 2015
Exceptionally creative and innovative place to work, but be ready to log long hours.

Teams are kept lean, so the work can involve grueling schedule. But overall I've found the work to be fulfilling with excellent output. The standards for quality are high here.

Top notch talent and work output. People are nice and fun to work with. Learned so much. The only bad was work life balance.
