How do you feel about the future of R1 RCM?

There is no room for advancement. Management has told nurses what they will and will not do even if it is supposed to be our job. I do not foresee the hospital renewing the contract. Management cannot keep employees since they keep adding more work and not increasing pay.

Very bleak. Will probably go under another "rebranding" because of it's awful reputation. It is very much so still Accretive Health in a new wig.
