People who hire on after you and do less work get pain 1.50 more an hour than you. They don't take care of the employees they have.

The atmosphere was the most challenging. But pay was very low, so that probably didn't help. The supervisor was under a lot of pressure, and this rolled over onto everyone else as well (nearly daily), sometimes not in the most business-like manner.
