It’s veryyyyy slow, it can be up too 2 weeks-4 weeks !! So I wouldn’t recommend leaving your previous job until you found you get a email on start date

They have part Time positions at the hospital sites, and will allow good workers to move from full time to part time if needed for work life balance at the corporate office.

Take care of the employees you have first. People just hired on should not be making 1.50 more than your employees working 3 years. Management need to get out of the chair and help staff not play on their phones.

Typical: 3 phone interviews and then a final in person interview.
In person interview was horrible. Prior to my arrival I was scheduled to meet with a VP and manager. I arrived 5 minutes early for my interview and waited 45 minutes before I met with anyone. HR did not schedule the interview on the VP's calendar. The interview with the manager was scheduled but the manager was "too busy". I ended up interviewing with 3 random people.

Possibly once a year up to 2% raise. Don't expect a raise if they raise their starting wage.

People who hire on after you and do less work get pain 1.50 more an hour than you. They don't take care of the employees they have.

Answered

There is no room for advancement. Management has told nurses what they will and will not do even if it is supposed to be our job. I do not foresee the hospital renewing the contract. Management cannot keep employees since they keep adding more work and not increasing pay.
