Great place to work
Great place to work. Great exposure to Peoplesoft People are generally all friendly and communicate well. Room to grow and learn inside after hire. Promotions are available with time. Great benefits and retirement plans. They really care and want people to be happy and taken care of.

Good company to work for
One of the best companies to work for as a business analyst provided you are in the right team. Lot of importance is given to work - Life balance and managers are very supportive. Leave policies are good and flexible. However, Salary is not very competitive compared to other captives. Other disadvantage is that there is no clear cut policy on promotions and it is not east to switch teams. Over all it is good company to work for from learning perspective.
