The people
Working with this population is rewarding. Unfortunately, the pay is low compared to the work load. Takes a lot of patience. Both rewarding and trying.

Good work place
Flexible and understanding, can make own hours, management is good at communicating with you. Downside you mainly use your own car but you get paid mileage.

The people really try. They really want to help the people they support
Worked as admin assistant. The biggest issue was the compensation. I really liked the people I worked with. I enjoyed the managers. I felt a sense of purpose, but the pay could not meet my needs. It seemed to be a place where you can work if you have a dual income home or roommates. HOWEVER, it is still one of the best places I have worked.
