Awful company who treat staff appalling

Unattainable KPIs in the roadside call centre, unless you are a personal friend of a team manager ie go to their house for dinner and socialise with them, them miraculously you win awards and always surge ahead. I wish members new how badly staff were treated. Racv is put up on a pedestal by the community but the way they treat staff leaves alot to ...
