My work hours are perfect with good days off

Answered

Friendly and very relaxed never much stress.

Answered

Yes, but it doesn’t matter.

Answered

I only worked there for a week. Staff overworked. Low pay. Only one tech per shift and quite a bit of browbeating to work at an unreasonable amount of time. Yes, residents deserve the best. But the tech to resident ratio was so out of skew that there is always a disaster waiting to happen. Never ending schedule problems. Poor morale. And a huge turnover- even in the 1 week I was there. I had my doubts from the start and this experience solidified them.

Answered

Lots of stress and no team work

Answered

It took a week or two to get hired. I put in an online application and got a call asking me to come in for an interview. I was easily hired with experience and a possession of a CNA license. Being a CNA is not required and sometimes they hire people with little to no experience. Starting pay is $11

Answered

First of all, Poor/bad management! This job is extremely overwhelming and is not worth the pay. staff and residents become unhappy with all of the flaws.
