Coordinated daily and weekly employee schedules, provided data-based marketing advice, created and managed a multi-customer sales database which included personal and confidential answers to survey questions, provided training to customer service representatives, created staff support services, coordinated marketing plans and community outreach campaigns. Utilized social media including Facebook, Google Analytics, Instagram and Twitter to generate sales and highlight the historic Adirondack Scenic Railroad. Worked closely with Historic Saranac Lake, The Saranac Lake Chamber of Commerce and ROOST to distribute regional marketing materials. Travelled representing Rail Explorers and the Adirondack Scenic Railroad. In May 2016, I travelled with a team of 4 senior staff members to Wilmington Delaware to coordinate and Launch the Rail Explorers Delaware Division in conjunction with Delaware State Parks Department.
