Fair pay/ 100% travel/ a lot of favoritism
Written by Signal Construction Foreman (Former Employee) from Jacksonville, FL on June 18, 2019
I loved the railroad industry though as most people know there is a lot of politics and favoritism. I have always been good with the travel and the pay was competitive compared to other railroad companies.
Pros
competitive pay
Cons
contract work/ always being pushed to beat the budjet
