I would go into work already with my work planned out ,and do my best to get my work plus other peoples work done for the day. I was always happy until they start putting employees down. I would come up with ideas to have them shot down, if you dont agree with the district or store manager you become the kick me doll so needless to say it becomes a very unpleasant place to work. I was only there for a short time due to the nature of the store and i watch them hire three different rounds of people because noone stays past a fee weeks due to they way you get treated.
