If I was in charge, I would start by educating myself about the company. What is the most popular seller and why do the guest like the most about Raising Caine. I would share my findings with the team. The next step is to ensure everyone is trained on hospitality and customer service. I would ensure that the team is having fun while working, without jeopardizing the guest experience. As for the pay rate, focus on giving raises due to performance and accountability. Give them a monthly evaluation and discuss opportunities. This will motivate them to work harder and stay focused on their job performance.

Applied: June 3rd Interview: June 5th (hired) Submitted background check and paperwork: June 7-8 Official day hired/Orientation: June 8th Starting day: June 10th Hiring process is fairly quick. You must keep up with your emails to get your paperwork in as soon as possible. If you fill out all your paperwork prior to orientation, there’s not much really left to do once you arrive, aside from tax info and direct deposit info. You’ll also get your uniform at that time as well.

The interview process is very laid back. At my store, they had two seperate interviews in order for two different managers to get an idea if they wanted to hire me or not. It's a very comfortable interview, they ask you questions about what you think your work ethic is like, what you do in your daily life, and they try to have conversation with you. Just relax and be yourself. Dress nice but it isn't necessary to be in extremely fancy clothing.
