This is a good restaurant to work at for anyone. Very easy menu, learning experience, and different positions you can switch on. Depends on locations you can have good managers and coworkers. Decent pay but can have movement to go up some more with certifications. Hours are very random each week. You are not guaranteed certain amount of hours and can't go over 40 hrs at all.

The overall environmental was very cliquey and was hard to get crew to follow policy. Pay was good but no work life balance and management above is poor.

I felt so exploited working here. 1) They were severely understaffed, so anyone working here was expected to do many jobs at once. I would be taking orders, handing out food AND making drinks. There was never a time I was only doing one task. There were very high expectations for being a minimum wage job. 2) You only get 10 minute breaks.
