Nice staff, high standards for cleanliness and quality. The training is thorough and prepares you well for the job itself. Better work environment than other fast food restaurants.

I was a manager and the crew were more supportive than the management team. I worked at 3 locations over 4 years and found a lot of inappropriate behavior being overlooked by the GMs every one of the restaurants I worked in had management sleeping with crew and heavy favoritism throughout.

Canes does a great job for their culture when it comes to team members. For managers, not so much. Lot of micromanagement in the company which is unfortunate.

You will be assigned to a task until your lunch break, you will then be rushing to keep up will all of the orders, no matter where you are assigned. There is a strong sense of a teamwork and it teaches how to get along with different people, on both sides of the counter. They overworked there young teen members and had them working very long shifts with had labor involved. Many promises of promotions and raises but nothing ever came of it
