It's fast food
Worked here for 4 years through school and half a year once I got out. Pay is decent. Moving up is hard and not 100% worth it unless you're content with the job.

The jobs are relatively easy, however the management is not very helpful, and are not understanding when it comes to sick leave or having things come up and needing schedule changed.

For fast food, I think Cane's is easily one of the best places to work. The managers are super cool, the pay is relatively good ($2 above minimum wage for my location) and the hours are flexible and always available. For people looking to find their first job, or make a quick buck on the side I can't recommend Cane's enough.

Working at Raising Canes Chicken FIngers really was not all that bad all of the time, I had a lot of friends and the work environment was not that bad. Any fast food has its cons of course, but this one could have been a lot worse.

Everyone there is pretty chill, managers are supportive and understanding. Opportunities for advancement (cross-training, specialist positions, ect) are available. Nice environment, I like all the people I work with.
