I would invest in person centered training for my managerial staff. It would be a requirement that you have an education or years of experience related to the management position in which you've applied for within the company.

Some things are just better left unsaid or unanswered as the case may be, likewise some places will just never be good places to work.
Replace all management personnel who know nothing about your job, yet feel as if they are more qualified to tell you how to do your job. Unless you have been in our shoes, stop telling us how things work based on how you want things to work. Accomplishing this will help to improve employee turnover rates and help patients feel more at ease when they don't see different faces all around everytime they come to the office :)
Continue to focus on patients and tools to allow employees to better serve those patients.
