I feel pretty comfortable with the numbers/range 85%-90% with the poll that is going around. Due to the overwhelming level of discontent with him by the staff and questions surrounding his integrity, the doctors are not going to keep him. He should probably start making arrangements to go back to Florida.
Listen to your billing department for needs and concerns. Ask the billers and posters for suggestions on systems performance to improve productivity and understanding for more accurate posting for follow up. Quicker turn around for correct coding so to insure timely billing for both insurance and patients.
