It’s okay
They care about some things but ignore others it’s alright I guess they offer discount on rent if you live on site most the employees are super chill on call can be rough at times

Exceptional company, exceptional culture!
Working with Rand has been a great experience! Th company cares about its staff and will do all they can to help them succeed. The culture inside the “Rand Fam” is also amazing. It is inclusive, full of energy, full of excitement and teamwork is key always. I have never worked a job where I have been happier!

Great Company - Great Culture
I have worked in my field for some 15 years for 2 large corporations, both of which felt they had a culture like no other. It wasn't until I joined Rand that I realized that those other companies could "talk the talk" but not necessarily "walk the walk." That is not the case with RPM. There is not a day that goes by that I don't feel appreciated and part of an extended family. We're all here for each other.
