Reviews for Property Manager in Rand Property Management

Overall a great company to work for

Rand is a great company to work for. The issues I faced personally was lack of a solid maintenance team. They hire lower skilled maintenance techs and train them up. It sounds great in theory until they aren’t productive. The Property Managers are required to take ownership for everything, even things that are out of their control. If a PM is having issues with an employee the Regional Manager will question their leadership skills rather than support the PM and assist with a solution. There’s also little room for advancement for PM’s. Overall my experience was positive. The owners are great and offer investment opportunities to employees. The company is well organized and ran by very bright professionals.

Pros

Great culture, training, and investment opportunities

Cons

Maintenance, no 401K, lack of diversity

Pros

Great culture, training, and positive work environment
