If you enjoy structure you will do well here. Plenty of opportunities to advance but it won't be handed to you. Overtime availability is pretty consistent.

As long as you learn what’s needed for you to do the job, it’s fairly easy and management is always easy to reach for help. Very professional business and friendly atmosphere. I would recommend!

Job was stressful at times but well worth it. If you're looking to help those in need and have a sense of urgency, this job is for you. Having experience with EMS helps.
Control Center Specialist in Syracuse, NY
on March 11, 2021
Work is very structured. 2 10 minute breaks per shift half hour unpaid lunch. Everyone starts at operations. 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekends often. Very picky about timeliness. They do root for you but if you can’t keep up, you are out. There is a lot to learn.
