Wonderful Work Ethics

Great working environment
I loved working for Rapp. It is a fast pace working environment, which might not be for everyone but it was for me. I enjoyed the routine that starts to evolve at Rapp Bros. Pallet Service.

Enjoyable
I repaired pallets and its was good work. You are expected to repair a certain amount of pallets a day but it is not unreasonable by any means. I really enjoyed the work but I had to relocate for personal reasons. The Rapp family have a reputation around town of hard workers and that is so true. The obviously know what they are doing they have been around they have been around for over 100 year...

Not a good place to work
I would recommend people not to work for this company its very unfair they are all about themselves and they put a lot of stress on the workers both warehouse workers and drivers

Awesome place to work.
I was a senior manager and I found my job to be extremely fulfilling. I worked for Rapp Bros for 20 years... I use to go over after high school classes and just learn the business.
