They frown on any overtime.
Not at all
Not flexible at all. If you want to get done on a good time you need to work as hard as possible. If you need time off you have to make sure it’s a week prior.
Their are multiple shifts and each shift is tailored to the individual selected for the position. Referring back to the customer solutions comment, if our trucks are on the road we are working as a team to assure everyone is home and safe before the operation is closed. We are in no means a sweat shop, individuals tend to pursue their passion and put hours in accordingly.
