Culture and growth, working with several major companies I have found employees and contractors become numbers at times, RAS is not like that, they know and care for the employees and contractors in the company. The company also remained fully employed and operational during the COVID pandemic, providing bonus the company to assist with the hardships of many employees and the families during the time of need.
