Poor leadership from upper management. I was told there is no training you just have to figure it out, "sink or swim". Terrible to customers and contactors.

Stay away from RAS

No appreciation or job security. Upper management has no integrity and trickles blame down to lower managers so upper brass can keep their job. Only work here if you are a complete narcissist and only care about money

Pay was ok but not worth 24/7

Not enough appreciation for what you have to juggle. 6 days a week 7 days a week, always short handed and mgmt has to step in. Contractor work is a joke, the pay is not worth it. Overall it’s not a good work environment.

No advancement help, recognition, or opportunity. Will expect the world and acknowledge mistakes with no thank you for hard work or extra stuff completed. Would not recommend working unless you have no life outside of work, absolutely no work life balance opportunities.

Good salary, long hours

Good pay. Lack of corporate support. Slow to react, slow to fill open positions creating long hours on team trying to get work done. Very negative attitudes.
