The evaluation process is very difficult and not everyone passes. The company is extremely wealthy, but it took us over 10 years to get a raise, which, proportional to inflation, was a joke. The pay is no better than retail or fast food if you live in a moderately sized city. They don't care about us at all, but have gotten better at pretending they do. They found out how we all felt like well trained but expendable monkeys so they hired a bunch of people to sound nicer in the emails, but still do things that make no sense like having "bonuses" that were really just random drawings.

Good group of coworkers

Really enjoyed my time working there, friendly people. A lot of tasks to keep track of. I did not do sensitive topics so cannot speak to that. Interesting and varied work

Decent gig

Fairly consistent, but lacks any mobility. Hours are flexible, feedback could be better. Only good as a side gig. Do not rely on this as your only source of income.

Flexible work schedule, when there is work. No work; no pay. No benefits.

The work can be challenging or boring, depending upon what shows up in the virtual inbox. Pre-hire test training is self-guided and unpaid, until hired. Onboarding is painless, but slow. Pay is per hour, but time is contingent upon tasks being available. If you show up for work and you log-in and no tasks are there, you do not get paid. You have to wait around, without pay, for tasks to show up. It is either feast or famine, truthfully. There are about 40+ different task types and some are fun while others are graphic and offensive to more sensitive type people. After hire, we are allotted self-paced and paid training time and weekly meetings are paid, as well.

Pros

Super-Flexible time. Work anytime, anywhere.

Cons

often lack of work means no paychecks.

Indifferent

Just an okay position, you do not get benefits as a contractor. Its a decent company if you want to get extra money but this is not something you should consider doing for a career.

Flexible work

Pros: work from home when you wantCons: low pay for what is required of the job. Monthly reviews could get you restricted and have your hours reduced.I have worked there for 9 yrs and have gotten 1 raise (after 9 yrs of working).

Good for some extra money. Company guidelines change every now and then and can be confusing or contradictory which makes this job stressful sometimes.

Ok job

The job itself was great but the ever changing rules not so much. You're told one thing one month and then something else the next. Youre tested multiple times a month on these rules and can be fired at a moment's notice with no explanation.

Flexible and Interesting Work

It's great to get to do different kinds of tasks every day and learn a lot in the process. There was recently a pay raise that makes the work more worth it. The reviews can be stressful though.

Very low pay, unfair reviews and a company who does not value employees

This job is not sustainable as an actual job or even part time job anymore, especially with inflation. The pay is so low while expectations are very high. Tasks are repetitive and can be confusing or hard and no matter how long you work for them, prepare for constant bad reviews that will restrict your account so that you have to work every single day of the week to meet minimum hours. The "reviews" are random and there is no clear answer to who is actually doing the reviews. They will sample 5 out of hundreds of tasks done, say you missed 3 of them and that will get you restricted. The company also advertises a different pay than what you will actually get along with no benefits and no ability to get promoted or go anywhere in the company. This company expects a high level of performance for a literal pittance and is not worth the stress at all. They are constantly whittling down pay and upping the performance standards to ensure they maximize what they are recieving while ensuring the employees get less and less. They do not care about their employees at all.

Help me to help you, stay away!

The flexible schedule you think will be a plus isn't what you think. If you begin work later in the day there may be a shortage of tasks, especially at the end of the year. In fact, if you're thinking of working here to supplement your income and already have a full-time job, you will be at a great disadvantage when there is a shortage since you'd literally have to check throughout the day to find out if there is work available and you are not guaranteed to find enough to fulfill your obligation at the minimum hours. The work is remote and you won't know who is providing oversight or who to contact for any issues you may have. You will have to send a message to a support team who may never respond and on the occasions that they do respond, the response will not be helpful or useful with regards to resolving your issues. You'll have to prepare for and pass a lengthy three-part exam and jump through a number of hoops, including having a public notary attest to your identifying documents. Assuming you pass the exam, and get your forms filled out and approved you start out in a restricted status that further lowers your minimum wage or near minimum wage earnings. Eventually, after working your way up out of restrictions, an unfavorable review (which is typical) will get you restricted again and eventually removed from the program.

The review system is broken, ongoing technical issues, you won't know who your managers are, very low pay for challenging work.

Flexible but can be grueling

It's great to be able to work when you want as long as you meet minimum hours. However, the times allowed for tasks keep getting tighter, and the performance reviews are grueling.

okay wfh opportunity

It's a tasked based job so if you don't get any tasks, you don't get paid. Really boring and repetitive. This isn't a job it's more of a side hustle for scraps of cash.

Work from home with flexible hours, but pay does not match skill level expected.

You are expected to study copious amounts of guidelines that can change retroactively after employee reviews. Pay has only been reduced after almost 10 years of service. No raises or advancement available. They want highly skilled workers but do not offer a livable wage. Best thing about the job is autonomy over your schedule. You do not get paid for testing and guidelines reviewed in order to get hired. A large number of employees have expressed dissatisfaction with low wages with no response from management.

Flexible hours

The flexibility of this job is pretty much the only good thing about it. Tasks can get very repetitive and boring. If you have a work related issue you rarely get an actual response that's not an automated message.

A good job until you find something else

You’re only as good as your last review. If you can spot a trend in the guidelines follow it because usually they’re inconsistent. No benefits, you may have to clock out just to figure out a query and that time isn’t paid.

Not a great place to work

You never get to know your manager and they don't care about you as an employee. Training is limited and the pay is not good at all. They don't offer any paid time off as far as I know. Flexibility was the one bonus and good side money but definitely couldn't use as a full time job.

I enjoy it

It's exactly what I wanted. A very flexible job. No micromanagement. Work at your own pace. Hours are hard to get a few times a year but usually you can work the max amount of hours if you'd like. It's not too tedious and some of the tasks are fun.

Straightforward work from home

Easy work once you understand the guidelines. You create your own hours, and the pay is decent for the difficultly level of the work itself. Monthly reviews help you know if you’re on track.
