Wouldn’t recommend
Cannot trust anyone you work with in front office or upper management. They don’t listen to their employees. They have a high turn rate in the office which speaks for itself. The work itself is easy but when you keep rude inconsiderate people over the good ones. Well, you’ll never keep people.

great job
bodine is a great company and and awesome place to work they have great benefits and it is a union job so their is alot of stability for employees everyone is very knowledgeable and knows their roles i would definately recommend working here pay is a little low to start but once you become a journeyman the pay is good and their are advancement opportunities
