Worked at the DC Circulator - this company is terrible. Every week messing up people’s check. There were never any team meetings. Lack of communication. They never provided us with an employee handbook or job description. They had favorites, wasn’t efficient in their resources. Under bid on the contract and had to give people pink slips then say oh wait we changed our mind. It’s stressful and unorganized. Low morale, high turnover. Management doesn’t work with the unions. Management came up a policy that if you call out due to being sick you could lose your job.
