Not a good place to work as a nurse. Most nurses are agency so majority of work is pushed off and expected to be completed by the few overworked and underappreciated staff nurses. DON doesnt help or stand up for her remaining staff. No leadership or teamwork. HR doesn't help, Employee services is a joke. Better off working through one of the agencys. - more...
